So every time I wear this top, without fail, someone always asks what is printed on it. In case you can’t tell, they are in fact cheetahs. Today, a sales associate commented on my shirt and asked me if I had “seen the movie” and alluded to Jurassic Park. I guess she thought I had dinosaurs all over my top… It was awkward. These photos were taken right outside of Kreation Juice in El Segundo. I’ve lived in El Segundo for a little over a year now and still haven’t checked out all the little nooks and crannies. I’ve seen Kreation’s throughout L.A. but I always thought the whole concept of juicing was too bougie for me.

I also heard that these cold pressed juices were ridiculously overpriced — another reason why I haven’t been keen on trying it. But while exploring Downtown El Segundo today, I gave in. I wanted to see what all the hype was about so we stepped into a refreshing, almost garden-like atmosphere. Prepackaged juices lined shelves and a full on veggie bar was available so you could pick out what you wanted in your own juice. After sampling a few, I got suckered into it and walked out with two relatively normal flavored ones. Don’t get me wrong, they are really good but I don’t think I’m sold yet after paying close to $20 for two 12 oz. bottles. Times like these I’m reminded that I live in Los Angeles. It’s also been a steady 80ish degrees the past few days so I’ve been sticking to my denim cutoffs and a simple tank for the most part but I like to wear blazers with just about anything so I threw it on. I like this navy one since it doesn’t give off a super formal vibe like a classic black one might. My (semi) white Converse’s are staples during the summer time and I just really like the blue and white color combo.

What I’m Wearing:

Blazer: Urban Outfitters (similar) || Top: Forever 21 (similar) || Shorts: Topshop (similar) || Shoes: Converse || Bag: H&M (similar)
