Here’s another piece is recently picked up from one of my favorite stores, Missguided, which just happens to be 50% off right now! I know it’s spring time but I just can’t seem to get away from wearing black. Does anyone else have this problem? This dress isn’t something I’d typically go for but when I saw it on the model it went straight into my cart. The pleated details and the bell sleeves are what really sold me. It’s slightly oversized in the body so you could easily belt it up to add more shape but I kind of like how it swings on its own.
Even though I am not going to Coachella, this look is definitely giving me some major festival vibes. I styled the dress with a chunky Baublebar bib necklace and I really like how the silver pops against the black to add a metallic accent. I typically prefer dainty jewelry but the different layers of the bib give the overall look more interest. You can’t find this exact one on their website anymore but there are still a bunch of similar ones available.
Lastly, I went for my trusty Steve Madden booties. Black on black is always a classic look and even though it’s warming up in LA I’m still drawn to my booties. I’m actually on the hunt for a pair of more form-fitting sock booties but these SM ones are a great staple. Overall, the material of the dress is super lightweight even with the double lining so I’m looking forward to pairing this with some bold sandals into summer.
