It finally feels like summer in L.A. so that means any loose-fitting piece of clothing becomes my new best friend. The asymmetrical hem on this maxi is great because it doesn’t detract from my height and side slits are always a plus. Longer dresses/maxi’s can be tricky to style without it looking like a potato sack so I avoided that by taking a flannel and tying it around my waist to create some shape. Now to address this bucket bag trend… As much as I’d love to get my hands on a $600 Mansur Gavriel original, I found this dupe for a fraction of the price. You can also adjust the length of the shoulder strap and the leather is very well made with a pop of red on the inside. Safe to say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made (save > splurge). To finish it off, I slipped on these chunky clogs to keep it simple and add some height.
